The DEWALT DWS780 is a 305mm sliding compound mitre saw designed for cutting small profiles and large construction timbers.
It features an XPS shadow line cut indicator that aligns the blade with illumination of the workpiece, with no adjustment required.
The machine offers a quick release bevel stop for accurate bevel angles up to 49° left and right, and a cam action mitre lock function for fast setting of angles from 0° to 50° left and 0° to 60° right.
Input power is 1675W at 110V, with a no-load speed of 1900–3800/min.
The 305mm blade has a 30mm bore.
